@MightyConcerned Of course. Nothing mysterious here. Listen to the reporters. They say "This is tape. Just wanted to let viewers know what they're seeing. This is TAPE." They're showing collapse footage which was recorded earlier, then it dissolves back to a live shot. The buildings "shift" because the camera moved slightly at some point following the collapse. The time stamp is added on top of whatever is being broadcast so it never moves.

There was a lot of that going on that day, commentators saying things like "It's like watching a movie, but this is real, this is really happening." Well, it is the bloody news so we are assuming you not bullshitting us and showing us a "movie". Ha ha, assumption sure made an ass of all of us for a long time!!
