@Flyers20Fan Total championaships from 1970-1987 are 7 for Boston, 5 for Philly. Total teams that made it to the title game or title series 15 for Boston, 9 for Philly. Winning more titles, and playing in 67% more championship games or series is domination any way you look at it! Boston owns Philly in every sport! And that's looking at Philly's best decade & a half! Do you know how many titles the Celtics won in the 60's?

@Flyers20Fan You're going back to a period before you were born, just to get to a point when Philly was closer to Boston, but Boston dominated them even then. The Celtics won 5 titles from the 70's to mid 80's, the Bruins won 2 cups  & the Pats made it to a superbowl & lost. The Sox even won 2 pennants in 75' & 86.'

The Celtics went to the finals 7 times from 74'-87'! The Bruins made it to 5 Stanley Cup finals just in the 70's alone! Any way you slice it, Boston owns you.

@BoSoxnation1972 i admit how great boston has been this past decadem nobody can compete with their success, philly is a great sports city that has had great stretches like the early 70's to ealy 80's where the sixers had arguably one of the best teams ever and won a couple championships, flyers won in 74 and 75 and the phils won in 80, but celtics are old, patriots are gettingup there, bruins are good but the nhl has too many good young teams that it will be tough, and red sox = phillies

@Flyers20Fan Zero? The Bruins hasve been in the conference finals twice in the lasst 20 years. They're playing in them right now dipshit, and they played in them in 1992. That was 19 years ago dumbass. How fucking bad at math are you? lol

@BoSoxnation1972 that is the only season they didnt make the playoffs in the last 17 years, the flyers hav made the playoffs 16 of the last 17 years, and 36 of 44 in franchise history, that is also very consistent, they hav also gotten to the conference finals like 7 times in the last 20 years to the bruins 0, yeah that streak was in the late 60's to mid 90's, could hav sworn i was talkin about the last 20 years ... where the bruins couldnt even win 2 series in a row 20 straight years
