Its really easy for a customer to bitch about things when theyre not the ones doing the job and its really easy to say "blah blah its your job, do your job" but shit it doesnt mean she has to like it.. Some states do require everyone, yes, EVERYONE (even your 50 year old dad) to show an ID. Some are more lax, while others are more strict about this rule.
