The first blunder Marcos made that led to his downfall came on Nov 3 1985 - the day he announced that he would hold a snap election which is againts the advice of his wife and closest advisers. FM ignored them making the announcement when Imelda was in the Soviet Union.

the video is okay but some of the statements are not correct... like jimmy paredes said.... when Martial Law was declared all Filipino stay in quite.... Maybe Paredes don't know and don't have any knowledge about the underground movement who are continuously fight since 1969-1986. Much more the real "Rebolusyonaryong Makabayan" just stayed in foot, until the assassination of Ninoy in which is the trigger to do the famous bloodless revolution. "The People Power Revolution". 1986.
