This is a commercial for 1881, a Norwegian search company. It was part of a 6 movies commercial campaign in 2010. The dude in the film is telling a story about when his wife was pregnant she wanted cotton candy so badly so that he called 1881 to ask them where to find cotton candy. They suggested he go visit the circus in the neighbour town. And when he got back, she just puked instead.
