He's just pissed, since he's in the Russian Army, he can't afford coca cola or to go to McDonalds.

BTW, Mc DOnalds is always packed every russian city I have every been in and you can't turn a corner without a point of sale for coca cola. While 90% of all russians will tell you the same about Mc Donalds and Coke, yet they all go there.
