  • A realistic counter would be. Grasp their fore arm with both hand while turning your head to the side, you have a few secind more if in a strangle. Drop your body weight which should draw them forward and break their tight grip. Elbow (empi uchi) to the floating rib while stepping deep and low to the side and backwards and you are behind them. A thousand finishes from then. minimum force, maximum force, you choose.

  • Oh Dear Natalie. I am sure you are a fine Kickboxer but this is not a realistic counter against a grab from behind which would instantly pull you backward & off balance resulting in a strangle or a choke!. Your elbow strike would probably cause them to shunt backwards and the knee would bend with means they would drop their bady weight while still gripping tightly around your throat, 6 to 8 seconds and you are on your way out. (will continue).

  • What if they lock your head in a grip?

  • Keep them in a wrist lock, or just kick em in the head. Rofl Nice
