This is the first mandolin song I learned. The mandolin I am playing, as stated in the title, is a M-2 made by Big Muddy Mandolin Co. in Rocheport, MO. This particular model has a Sitka Spruce Top, Maple Sides and Back, Honduras Mahogany Neck, and Rosewood Fretboard and Bridge. The mandolin is completely handmade in Missouri from all solid woods. No plywood-no gimmicks.

  • Thanks! That's what I mostly play so I always twist any song into a "Irish" version. lol but the flat top will always sound Celtic!

  • dude - awesome mando and nice pick'n. I'm looking at a Big Muddy now, probably going to pull the trigger. In addition, could you post what those chords are in order. I am very much a newbie and would love to learn this tune.
