Ingeonuity is a targeted small business incubation program helping entrepreneurs develop their knowledge-based products and services into successful businesses. The program offers a range of business planning advice, mentoring, access to shared infrastructure, and networking assistance.

WHAT WE DO
Ingeonuity works one on one with individuals to help them grow their innovative concepts into profitable business enterprises. We provide clients with access to our network of mentors and advisors, professionals in a variety of fields who can support clients. Experts in accounting, law, marketing, financial assistance, whatever clients need we will find someone who can help.

OUR FACILITY
Our 3600 square foot facility is located at the Middleton site of the Nova Scotia Community College's Annapolis Valley campus. Private office suites ranging in size from 100 to 450 square feet are available for lease.
Ingeonuity provides:
- Flexible office space for lease
- Shared office facilities including conference room, kitchen, and collaborative lounge space
- Shared office equipment
- Data and voice communications infrastructure
- Access to fibre optic network solution
- Access to ESRI Developer Network packages including training and mentoring from ESRI Canada
- Mentoring services
- In-house bookkeeping, support services, and technical support



BECOME A CLIENT
Ingeonuity's target clients are individuals or early stage companies with an innovative product or service and a distinct competitive advantage. Entrepreneurs should have a credible business plan and demonstrate the ability to achieve success. Special consideration is extended to businesses that contribute to the development of a regional business cluster and those that benefit NSCC's education and research environment.
