thousands of people marched in tel-aviv tonight in protest against israel's attacks in Gaza screaming:
"in Sderot and Gaza girls want to live" and "Arabs and Jews refuse to be enemies". the organizers say that around 10,000 people were there. as we marched down the main streets of tel-aviv a small group of right wingers wrapped in israeli flags yelled at us "traitors" "go back to gaza". when i returned from the demonstration i looked at three of the main Israeli news papers' websites. I was utterly shocked to see their biased report saying that "thousands have protested against and for the war" this is not true, thousands have protested against it and maybe, maybe two hundreds stood against us, cursing us and trying to pick up fights, the papers are only showing pictures of Arab protesters in kafias while thousands of jewish israelies young and old, families with babies in strollers, marched asking the government to go back to negotiation. I couldn't believe this. I wish i had taken better videos but i didn't imagine that the media here would distort what had actually happened. this is very very sad.

It is good that arabs in Izrail have freedom of speach. In Gaza the would be killed if they oppose their regime which by their own actions causes neigboring countries to close thir borders and turned Gasa into concentration camp.
