Great video. One thought: most of us who aren't actually body building probably don't need protein nearly so often.

sounds tasty and refreshing. but i did find out that carbonated water makes it hard for us to absorb or keep calcium. i have yet to look further into this so i might be dead wrong. but if you find something out first, please let me know. thank you.

Yea. Sometimes I will get seltzer water which is basically carbonated water, and I will add lemon or lime drops to it to turn it into a lemony type drink. Its essentially very little calories, with the lemon in it, and it reminds me of the old days of drinking soda.

you eat too much protein

water is the best! he had me at first by saying heath is mainly nutrition(which i agree 100%), but then he said drink noncalorie drinks. you are absolutely right, EasyHardLivin. every noncalorie bev i see (besides water) is harmful.

lol just drink water bro

lmao i rarely drink anything other than water, i just can't stand drinking calorie drinks unless it's like once a week, cause i get tired of the flavor, and water tastes so good.
This is a example of my diet
7:00 Breakfast-eggs whites wit oatmeal n orange juice
9:45 snack-granola bar with water,
12:00 lunch-big raw salad with chicken.
3:00 snack-banana and protein shake
4:00 Workout routine
6:00 dinner-salmon with brown rice
7:45 before bed (optional)-low fat cottage cheese with berries like strawberrys
i dont eat after 8:00,
