These are some clips from CVW 5's last Carrier Qualifications on the Kitty Hawk. We went through a really bad storm and I was able to get out onto a catwalk and take some pictures. Also the fly by of the three F/A 18's is the change of command for VFA 102, the Diamondbacks.

As a member of 27 I know the queer red one is VFA-102 brokebacks. They need a new paint scheme, something with a Mace in it!

I heard about those "maneater" planes, I pray my son stays far away from them. I saw all about the flight deck on previews to "CARRIER" beginning this sunday on PBS. You can catch it on you tube and on the PBS website.

I dont think my son has ever gotten seasick, however, i've heard about the trots you get.....hench the name %*^*^ Kitty.

That superhornet with the red tail and the queer diamonds looks pretty dumb, but the black and yellow one with the mace looked way cooler!

Wow nice storm. What area was the storm in? Do you get seasick when it is stormy like that?
