Its a Wahburn Dreadnought. I paid around 150 for it when I bought it. You may be able to find cheaper guitars but it gets really hard to find anything of quality below that price point.

Yeah that's a nice guitar but is has a warm soul attached to power it so to speak. I know all those chords but the trick is in the picking hand, subtlety and composure make it sound so good. That guitar is very lucky to have its owner.
