That took you exactly 2 minutes to get things going...you should only be spending 30sec to a minute between tracks, even at a launch. People didn't come to just see what's new, they still want to leave feeling the full effect of the workout, that means you need to speed things up to avoid too much rest. The instructor in the white cap needs to check his elbows, way too low, sets participants up for bad form, at around 5mins into this clip you're doing it too! Hope this helps.
