Scry II (Cantilena) - Andrew Keeling (Cuarteto Tastiera)

Dedicada al cuarteto por el compositor ingles Andrew Keeling, fue estrenada en este concierto y a su ves fue la obra con la que cerramos la presentacion.


Scry was written throughout the summer of 2007, and was commissioned by and is dedicated to Cuarteto Tastiera of Colombia. In essence, the piece is a three movement sonata, the title (though traditionally a term with occult connections) referring to the way in which musical material from the first movement is transformed and projected into the 'future' of the piece or, in other words, the second and third movements. -Andrew Keeling-
