I do know The Divine Comedy's fabulous work (I'm a Brit, albeit a Brit in Texas, and Neil Hannon is much appreciated back home) but not Owen Pallet so thank you VernianProcess...

everyone has the right to choose what music they honor their ears to hear and how that genre or band or artist moves them but, regardless of the endless choices we must not confuse one with the other. there ARE real true artists and bands that create music for the soul while their are plenty of fake artists and bands that discard the processing and enjoy the consequence. i for one grace my ears with Antony & the Johnsons.

Ahh yes I see that now, I missed his second comment the first time. If you dig Antony and the Johnsons, might I also recommend Owen Pallet's project "Final Fantasy", and Neil Hannon's "The Divine Comedy".

Unfortunately I'm not quite sure what an idiotic word like 'kwearfux' could mean other than as an anti- queer term....Personally I love Antony's voice but I could understand that it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

He may not be referring to the sexual orientation of the artist you know. I'm not crazy about his vocals, in fact they tend to keep me from getting all the way through any of his songs. And I love chamber-pop/torch songs/cabaret/etc.

What confuses me is why bigots like 'clearviewmind' (perhaps the least appropriate user name ever) are watching this in the first place unless they are purposely seeking out queer videos to attack. What did you honestly expect??? This video and song are beautiful and it is your loss that you cannot see the beauty.
