Joshua Gold is an elite multisport coach with Fit4D He is a USAT certified coach, with multiple other certifications and credentials including: USCF Certified Expert Level Cycling Coach, Total Immersion Swim Professional, and Pose Running Level 3 Coach Certification. He is an accomplished athlete himself with multiple Ironman finishes, including the Double: Hawaii Ironman and Xterra Championships. Gold has also competed in Ironman France, Brazil, Lake Placid, and Florida. Joshua prides himself in working with people of all levels of fitness. Joshs objective is to help you accomplish your fitness and wellness goals while enjoying the experience.
