iPhone App Review - Official Plates

This is a review/demo of an iPhone/Touch application called "Official Plates". It is an easy-to-use application that allows its users to quickly and accurately determine the country of a US-based foreign diplomat based on the country code on the license plate. The US State Department uses a unique coding system on its license plates that identifies the country of a particular diplomat or consular.

Additionally, this application lists all US Federal Government license plate codes (not state). It's search feature allows users to either look up the code on the blue and white "US Government" license plates for a particular section of our government or, if you see a code, to determine who it belongs to.

It's not a flashy app, but it does what it says. In the end, it's a good reference tool to have.
