Demonstrating French Curls. This is a compound version of the traditional isolation exercise involving the lats a little more. As recommended by Jeff Willet in his training DVDs.

Keep your head slightly off the edge of the bench, lower the curl bar slowly and to the lowest point possible while still comfortable.
