So that's where he's been these past three years. I wondered how one could go from the hottest face in menswear to virtually out of sight. I hope this shift works out for him, He really ought to pursue more diverse roles though. It seems he's setting himself up for a hip-hop cliche type cast, Though his looks suggest something of a "thug" character I think his all around aesthetics are interesting/unique enough to play more refined "antagonist" roles. We'll see ey?

@cedernyc I agree with you. Not sure he chose the roles. The trouble with Hollywood is that that cannot see outside the box. He's Latino and devastatingly handsome and lends to that street gang look or a pretty face/hot body role with no substance. The Closer showed how great he really does it. But he has 1000 times more than that. A great voice and a presence that needs to be developed. It would be terrible if they stereotyped him. He needs to know himself and fight for better roles.
