Giving in to your addiction. The song is about people who sell "burls" which are prized tree growths that net them cash that they spend on meth. The curl is the downward spiral it takes them on since its just a continuous cycle. The ending probably has something to do with letting the addiction take you over. That and it has a dude throwing a tree into the suns eye, and boobies. I mean who doesnt like boobies?
