First off after about 5 minutes of fishing you run out of bait with this tactic. Second off many kids will make these bottles and leave them in our water system....great teaching. SAD.

use dry dog food and in a foot or less of water thats what i did and got 40 in on over night

I bought a minnow trap a while ago just to see if it would work. It's very similar to your homemade one too. I chop up a worm and let it sit over night and i usually have over 20 minnows by mourning. but I'm more into top water bass fishing now so no need for the trap anymore.

well i have bin catching 4 sunfish every 30 minutes
