  • Is rough country a good brand or should I get a different brand

  • @1Lobonation As we are not a Rough Country dealer we really can’t speak to the quality of their products due to not having experience with them. They appear to be pretty on par with the winch lines we carry as far as specs go, however I cannot comment on their reliability and durability.

  • what about hydraulic vs electric?

  • @kumquatsta It's really a personal preference. I would say that the electric winch would be more maintenance free since there are no seals, hoses, etc. to fail.

  • This was good. Thanks. One thing to cover is the type of mount - I have a 2006 Landcruiser and need to mount one of those front bars. Have no idea about compatibility.
