awesome you addet the bagpipes!! I'm a piper as wel. but take the next time a better tune like higland cathedral from the red hot chilli pipers or somthing

That can happen with Lithium Polymer. Thats why they don't use them in cars or the newer laptops. They can blow up and catch fire if drained too quickly!

I didnt see anything that wasnt an easy repair job on that plane. granted the pictures werent the best, but slap on some epoxy and box tape, get a new lipo, and get that thing back in the air. Seen planes have much more damage than that one and be back in the air in less than 30 minutes.
