Do you check the ph balance because i learned that it has a high ph. i believe 9 or 10 and it should be 4 to 5 ph balance. I am going to try this with my black soap but add aloe vera juice in order to bring down the ph for it

Thank you for sharing! I have been using Black Soap to wash my face for over a year now. It really keeps my face glowing and acne free. I am going to do this tonight so I can use it to take a shower as well. I might start using it to wash my hair as well. Excellent video. You look fantastic! Great points, especially not taking the soap and applying it directly to your face or skin. Love you sis!

I just stumbled on your channel because I am torn between 3 kinds of butters. I bought a pound of Shea which appears gewy, cocoa, and mango and my question to you is which is best over all and what are some of the advantages of each. Thank you. I commend you on your ferocious resolve of overcoming your health difficulties and wish you continue success in everything....I tried to shoot this in your end box, but you have it filtered.

@MrScottydabody, all shea butter is not equal and the more u resesarch it u will see what I am talking about, my favs are shea, cocoa butter, and coconut oil, I feel the simpler I keep things the better it is for me, when I first started my healthy skin journey, I bought any and every thing u can imagine but I didn't need all of that stuff so that is y I stick with my favorite 3.

I have no idea where to find the black soap. Where did you get the soap? I've heard it was good for oily skin. I've gotta get my hands on some of that.
