After I filmed the Insomnia Session at 4AM, I stayed up all night and as the sun rose I found my second wind and recorded a series of spoken theory and terminology short videos.

  • nunchucks are not safe, i broke two nunchucks while practising flying off smashing the wall twice, the joint there is not safe..

  • Buy/build some better nunchucks!

  • Mine broke two but i got them really uhmm... Cheaply... But i gotta say i love this stuff cuz its fun as hell!

  • This series of videos seems to be the most comprehensive I've seen on freestyle theory. That's important, because as a beginner I need plenty of guidance xD Not to mention the instructor's cute accent, lol, what is that, Essex?

  • 0_0 Man those is really a crap. Anyway , if you prefer, you still can use rope ones ; which (Unless you untie them) shouldn't have that problem

    P.S. I use chan connected nunchakus but still never had of those problem.

  • i bought both with ball bearing joints, steel chain.. the weak point is the joint, they tend to weaken and snapped off, twice, thank goodness it was in my room, i smashed the wall..u can check the nunchuck at "everybody's martial art" website.
