Thanks for such a quick and easy tutorial TJ - I still can't figure out why such a complex program doesn't have a simple feature that does borders. Anyway - I've used your instructions and they work perfectly.

Thanks so very much for this! I would always use the Edit>Stroke feature to make borders, but I hated it because it would eat away at the edges of the picture. This is fantastic, it's just what I needed! :D
