A tale of 2 cities at the opposite side of the economical world. One has been a heaven of peace for centuries, the other has been the siege of some of the worse human atrocities of all time. One has snow half the year and is invaded by hordes of tourists all competing for a space on the slopes, the other is tropical all year long and invaded by all the NGOs of the world who are competing to show their good will so that the politicians of the corresponding developed countries can keep an eye on the minerals of the nearby Kivu. One could feed the other just with the money spend on the ski-passes of the other. Both are charming places with plenty of wonderful local peoples.
