Papelbon just blew another save opportunity tonight. He threw 16 straight fastballs to give it up. What a meat head. Every time he blows a save he throws only the 96 mph fastball. You'd think he would learn to change it up. And seriously who can stand that ridiculous face he makes on the mound.

Watching the Yankees is like seeing some pompous douchebag in a Ferrari lose a drag race to a kid in a souped-up Toyota.
The kid earned his victory with elbow grease and a small budget. The douchebag tried to purchase victory.
Normal people will instinctively root for the kid as the underdog. Unimaginative mouth breathers root for the jerk in the Ferrari.
The Yankees are the all-time kings of trying to purchase victory.
A 'Yankee' is sort of like a 'quicky'... only without the other person.

@dragonsfoe99 Lol, I apologize, I thought you were one of those dumbfuck Red Sox fans who actually thinks Papelbon is good/better than Mariano Rivera. You're just a Red Sox fan. Papelbon should not be put into a closer position, he's damn lucky with all the run support he gets, he doesn't blow saves while still having a pretty bad ERA.

@efbeenie And this is why people hate Yankees fans. You beat them and they bring up the past. Yeah we did have 80+ years of losing and I wouldn't change it for the world. It made the 2004 championship sweeter than any of the Yankees 27 I can guarantee that. You'll never be able to experience what Red Sox fans did in 2004. Enjoy your rings and we'll enjoy ours.
