"Quiet legs" means your hips/knees don't move towards the ball, everything moves towards the target. You can be explosive and still have quiet legs, like Duval. Compare his efficiency to Lehman

QUIET LEGS??? NO pro has quiet legs.Weight shifting requires active legs otherwise you can't hit the ball much further than your shadow.

Strikingly similar to Hogan's pivot. Except for the grip and the difference in the right elbow, a lot of components match up. Its a shame he's not still a top 20 in the world.
