Amazing that Cobra would break a sweat taking this guy out. Missile firing garbage cans and henchmen in leather pants kind of pale in comparison to weather dominators, cloned supermen and bad ass ninja bodyguards. Cobraaaaa!

If only more neighbors were in the habit of chasing drug dealers around and throwing shoes at them. Of course, most drug dealers wear something more nondescript than Garanimals for supervillains.
