Nicely done. One question; your supply and return air ducts are all branched with T's, is there some reason you used T's instead of Tee-Y's? I'm a second year HVACR apprentice and so far I have always seen Tee-Y's used in installations.

Very nice...tight. I assume this is industrial for several reasons that are obvious to contractors. Question: why the fireplace? I assume it is for a presentation room (aesthetics), also a lack of wall outlets. Panel looks like a 200 or 225 and the linear support pipes look industrial or multi family. Very nice work indeed.

Thanx!

You can have either, plus most systems have balancing dampers to suit the cfm required at each brach line and/or diffuser.

This is just an example using free sketchup, mainly using items from google warehouse and making typical connections (pipes etc.)...I tried to get as many pieces of equipment (fireplace, etc.) to make a typical layout. Thanx for the nice comment.
