Let's Play Secret of Mana - Pt 19 - Inherit the Wind

With the Moogles safe and secure, it's time to make our way to the Sprite Village. However, things aren't quite as happy as Pranko remembers. Something has happened here, and it seems to have taken the form of a big, bouncy bird. Meet Spring Beak! This guy isn't too bad, though his magic can be irritating. Mainly it's his spazzy agility that can cause problems. Once he's gone, we can access the third palace, the Wind Palace! It's time to acquire the magic of Sylphid!

at leat confusion doesn't  work like it does in pokemon. That would be bloody annoying.

One could argue the horn is apart of the Lightning Rod ability, and why electricity gets sucked towards that pokemon. But it would not be a huge weakness you could exploit. Pokemon did this from day one, with Pikachu beating all of Brock's pokemon.
