Plot Outline
A newly wed couple (Chris and Samantha) find themselves struggling to come to terms with the fatiguing realities of marriage. They once had a blissful loving relationship; but now, Chris solely focused on his role as provider, is greatly consumed by his increasing workload. As Samantha reaches out to discover new ways to gain his affection, she seeks out advice from close friends Jacob and Leslie, a neighboring couple. But as unsuspected trauma enters her life, Samantha confides in Jacob in a way in which he was never meant to provide... Betrayed by his friend and undermined at work Chris must now experience "A Love That Hurts."
