Finally got the last piece to this build and thought I would share. This build has evolved mentally over the last two years, but was built in the last 9-10 months. The final piece was a spikes buffer to replace the carbine buffer.

Very nice looking gun my friend. I like your taste. I have a Smith and Wesson which was my first AR, but I will be going all out and building my own gun soon.

Where did you buy you Daniel Defense lower receiver? I can't find them in stock anywhere.

@HeadUpKneeDown I don't think they sell them individually anymore. They did for while but I think they only come as full rifles from DD now.

Will the afg-1 mount all the way forward along with the vtac light mount? I have a afg-1 and I need a light mount and was looking to get a vtac but I keep my afg-1 mounted all the way forward on the handguard. Thanks in advance.

@Mizzsekcnsweet depends on your rail. The AFG1 mounts all the way forward with the VTAC light mount on this rail system, the DD Lite. This may not be true with other company's offerings.
