i have 2x 128mb and 1x 256mb pc2100 memory.

is it safe to change the voltage of the memory when OC? 3:48

mainly clock time and they wont fit in the slots. unless you want more detail.

ddr is better and cost less but has a lower bandwith than RDRAM, the reason rdram does so well is, it has a dual channel chipset to lay some smackdown. Other thing about rdram is that is, well "lets say you got three slots to add memory. you have to upgrade all three slots or add fakes for it to cycle the three as opose to ddr when you can just add 1gb of ram on one stick and your done it has a lower initial access time but not by much. in my opinion i would just go wiith ddr its just easier.
