yes...i think this is kind of a key scene...even so she has a really deep friendship with Dawson wich we can see in this epi, too...it shows how deep shes bound to Pacey...

I think a lot of what Pacey says in their fight is true. Dawson has some good comebacks, but in the end Pacey says the true things and the reality of it. Like Dawson going "Then why am i broke?" Pacey: "Because! That's life!" True, you can lose money by just betting it or something like that. Dawson should have known the risks with the stock market and shouldn't entirely blame Pacey. Although some of it is Pacey's fault because he promised Dawson. He shouldn't have made any promises.

I think Dawson was right at 4:30. I know Pacey fans will agree with me, but I can see his point. Pacey didn't really love his job as an exec. It was just a way to get out of Capeside and good money. I think he cared about Dawson, but just lost sight of what was important.

Last time Dawson, Joey, Pacey were out

back of Dawson's house fighting Joey followed Dawson to his room but now she follows Pacey to the dock. We know were her heart is (It lies with Pacey)

But that was the money for the film the Creek that gets syndicated... Pacey does

collect money later and gives it Dawson

at the Ruins to restore a broken friendship.. I always loved this scene thanx.....

I think Dawson was upset because he had told Pacey to sell the stock and Pacey didn't do it. That one is on Pacey.
