Conclusion: The video on the Galaxy Nexus is absolutely the worst of the four. No Question. I realize this is just a short video, but the same is true of the still pictures (see review). The other three shot very nice video. I'd give the Samsung Galaxy SII the win. Your tastes may vary.

Nexus has a 5 mp, but still looks v good Google need to fix the frame rate issue and video stabilization on G nexus.

HTC Rezound has the WORST camera recording. The nexus and the iPhone 4S are both good.

1. Galaxy S II--Not too dark, good sound, accurate colors
2. Iphone 4s--Natural Colors, a little too dark, sound is almost too quiet, very good handling bright sky
3. HTC Rezound--definite blue hue, not bad with bright sky
4. Galaxy Nexus--Horribly washed out by the bright sky, not as crisp as the others
I Love these camera comparison vids, its one of my biggest deciding factors in a phone, thanks for doing them!

The Galaxy SII was great, second the Iphone, then the Rezound, the nexus seems laggy..

@yellowman88 The Nexus only has a 5 megapixel camera and the reviews said it was shitty. By the looks of it, it's horrible too. They compared it against the Rezound and the Rezound looks much better. Also, even though most parts of HTC Sense are pretty awful, they do have a great camera UI.
