stop moving the screen around ever second.

iPhone App Development is designed to be programmed on Mac OSX.
Just because you can't afford a Mac... doesn't mean you need to flame tutorials.

@bugzilla2001 Zuckerburg, you mention him, the guy who stole facebook from his friend is a total loser. Nobody in the world would rate him any type of genius. He is with Steve Jobs among the people I most hate. Then again I own an ipod and facebook accounts.

Wait... how do I make apps? I was distracted with the screen jerking around randomly.

WTF mate...you're going to give me a seizure!
I'm a multimedia communicologist, and I'm also a multimedia designer. I've been studying interfaces, interactivity processes and virtual tools for a while, and I came up with an interface for a social network for mobile devices, I've done all the visual stuff, thought about all the screens and stuff, but I'm not a programer. How should I get started for making a social network for iPhone?
boonu 1 month ago
@boonu Well, creating an entire social network for IOS devices is no small task. In fact, unless you are a born programming genius like Zuckerberg, you are probably going to need a team of programmers. You could start a Kickstarter project to get the funding you need possibly. I will be releasing a tutorial DVD ROM in the near future that will walk you though all the basics and have the full source code to all projects. I can't include source code on Youtube videos.

i'm thinking about build app that requires internet connection? like online- radio Can you suggest where should i start?

@MrDaldagnuur I would use the UIWebview as a starting off point. It's included in Interface Builder's toolbox and easy to use. Once you get the feel for what you can accomplish with that then you can move on to more complex items.

Will the MacBook Pro be fine for developing apps for the iPhone? (You say the Mac Mini might not be able to handle Open GL stuff, will the MBP have these problems?)
DavidTheDivine 1 year ago
@DavidTheDivine I now have a MBP from work and Ican develop on it fine. Now that Apple has updated the Mac Mini line, you should even be able to use those for any kind of programming you need. Just make sure whatever you get doesn't use shared graphics memory because that sucks performance wise.
