If he had Mental Problems why is this Officer on the job? Does Cleveland hire the guys that fail the Mental Evaluation to become a Police Officer. Sure Prosecutor Zimmerman is going to Lie that is his job! When Police beat someone up it follows with charges of Assault on Police Officer so they can wiggle there way out of a Legal Ramification themselves.
