  • I have a question for you - Do you just make this stuff up? Everything you just said about Kombucha is exactly contrary. After watching quite a few of your videos and I've concluded that you dont have a clue. I don't know if you are a proffessional or not but a lot of your videos are spreading bad information and you're making it harder for people looking for the truth. If you're watching this video please don't disregard Kombucha (or raw Cacao) because this quack says so. Please research more.

  • Dude, kombucha is ridiculously good for you. You're pulling the "three times a week" thing out of your ass.

  • lol dude do RESEARCH!

  • Kombucha is the drink that put me on the path to health. After 2 years of chronic fatigue, Kombucha was the drink that started the detox. It's a powerful drink!

  • Wow when one person talks mess then other have to get rude too. It's his opinion folks my goodness. Do you all have to call him all these crazy names? Hun I am sorry but I guess that's what comes with making YT vids. They can't see you so think it's ok to yes crazy stuff. Hang in there!!! Well I guess you have because I still watch your wonderful show :) ;).

  • I keep a batch of kombucha growing in my kitchen all the time (and like he said- out of the sun). I do believe that it is a medicinal and should not be consumed like regular tea. There are a lot of healthy teas - so everything in moderation is the rule. The beauty of it is you can keep a batch for 6 months and if will get a thick mushroom but still be good for making a fresh batch. You can soak your tired stinky feet in the vinegar that you have made.

  • people have been drinkin this stuff for thousands of year, not hearing a lot of kombucha related problems.

there is yeast everywhere, if you cut up an apple and leave it for any ammount of time theres probably gonna be trace ammounts of alcohol on it... should we not be cutting up fruit ahead of time either?

stfu renegade health idiots... and stop spamming my inbox with ur dumb@$& newsletter!!

  • Wow, according to this then I must have a ton of problems. Kombucha helped my digestion when I was having digestive problems. I would crave kombucha when I had indigestion and it helped the food get out of my stomach faster than if I didn't drink it. So I started sipping it with larger meals. I did feel better while drinking it, and I don't think everything that is craved is bad for you. sometimes we crave things that have nutrients we lack, or help to relieve imbalances.

  • @TheCavemanRunneth Speaking as a kombucha fan:

He's not dissing kombucha altogether -- he's just pointing out a few rational concerns that come up for people who have a candida issue, and advocating moderation. When it comes to looking after the individual body's well-being, moderation and monitoring the body's response is important when using any product, regardless of how close it's sitting by the wheat grass juice.

  • infact i think u should study more about bacteria not all of them will destroy your body

  • yes it is

  • I dont think he actually answered the question on Kombucha! Way more research is needed
