Howard Stern made his official announcement today that he is going to be a judge on America's Got Talent joining Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne on the hit NBC show. His agent Don Buchwald came in to the studio to have Howard sign the contracts live on the air on his SiriusXM radio show.
