Captain Saroj's Fight Leads To Builder Prem's Death - Episode 30 - 11th June 2011

Captain Saroj Modakh fights with his best friend Prem Bharadwaj at his construction site. Prem falls from the building and dies. Captain Saroj came to know about his wife Anjali's relationship with Prem. K.D.Pathak visits the site. Prem's partner and field worker saw Captain Saroj going upstairs with a gun to meet prem. Is Prem's murder an accident or a murder?
Anjali saw Prem tripping from the bamboo but police didn't find any bamboo on the field. Who killed Builder Prem Bharadwaj? Prem's partner Mohan Bhagnani, Archtect Arjun or Mahesh Pawaskar building's firm man? Will K.DPathak save Captain Saroj Modakh? What will be court's decision?

Often through histrionics, magical gimmicks (since he has recently started learning magic ... and uses a parallel between magic and justice... that often what we see is not all... there is something beyond it), performances, which the Judge does not approve of ! And nor does his ex-love Maya (The Prosecutor who is often at the receiving end!) - But that is KD. Unstoppable, incorrigible and completely enthralling and entertaining. It is a treat to watch him perform in court week after week, tearing the toughest of cases to shreds and helping convict an evil scheming villain, and setting a poor hapless innocent victim free!"

what a bad episode it was.. the watch fell off his hand atleast 5 seconds b4 he fell off the floor. nobody saw the murderer cutting rope n he left a false medicine bottle while it can b proved by the records!!! no way man..

few flaws:

1. if navy captain showed up on the ground floor right after that guy hit the ground then he must have pass 5th floor while the bad guy was cutting the rope. didn't he see that?

2. why would the bad guy leave a fake evidence(medicine bottle) when there was no need for that?

This episode have more flaws then any episode before,

1. Who removed the bamboo from the crime scene ? As obviously killer didn't admit of removing it from there.

2. His watch fell and the time stopped, so they 'assumed' that it was the exact time of crime from that watch but how many watches are synchronised with standard national time ? No offence..

3. Last I knew the 'intent for murder' was a charge in Indian Law.

Perhaps that's enough to open a new case on captain :D
