One Piece Movie 7 OST - Luffy versus Ratchet Round 1

The title of this soundtrack is: Luffy versus Ratchet Round One, from the 7th One Piece movie OST.
This soundtrack is also being heard when Luffy uses his Third Gear for the first time in the series (episode 288).
In the videos that included this scene, I saw comments from people who liked this soundtrack too, just like I did, hence the reason why I uploaded this video.
