This is a good way to do sit ups if you're looking to get a 6-8 pack and shred your ribs. The secret is doing them in the morning as soon as you wake up...reason being your body has stored all fat from food while sleeping. This will be the first source of energy your body taps into for the day. Do as many as possible and you will feel amazingly strong the whole day.
