God i Used to love WoW and play it day/night ! But all that shit changed when Cata came out...yes WOTLK was kinda lame but it was bare able but with Cata... =X if u ask me WoW lived thanks to The Lich King's story but when they ended that chapter WoW went dead and tasteless :/ bottom of line is i think am gonna try out Rift :)

@geodago You mean like wow pretty much ripping off Kung Fu panda? Sure they gave it more backstory and lore but the concept is pretty much the same. Blizzard saw how popular kung Fu panda is to their huge 9-14 year old fanbase and said to themselves " we gotta get in on that shit". Besides rift has alot of lore and stories. Not very good "heroes" but there are many gods and such.

compare this video with woltk intro....a lame battle vs lich king summoning the dragon from the ice...and arthas father speech is epic...wow have a legacy an great history...i`m curious what heroes rift have and if their story could compare whit arthas or thrall`s stories(that`s only two examples)....yeah is more dynamic but blizzard won`t give up so easy they will come up whit something new in world of warcraft that would "wow" everyone.

Rift has got a great, stable population of rabidly dedicated fans. Still a larger population than many successful pre-WoW MMOs like Asheron's Call and Lineage. People who say "Rift is dying" never played any MMO before WoW and considers anything less than millions of subscribers "dead." Rift is alive and healthy and will continue to do well for years to come.

Yes there is a trial for this game.And plz dont make a final judgement on this trailer it really isnt the best for explainting wat the game is about u really need to play it first to really understand it.its a very fun game and i love it :) P.S its also very nice game play and eye candy
