might want to change there setup
heres my suggestion
1.take a medium to large container
2. fill half of the container with dirt, half with leaf litter
3. put in a low to the ground about 4-7 inches wide water dish, fill half way
4. (optional, just makes the surrounding more life like) put some moss and a small peat moss pot used for gardening and place in the habitat. they love hiding in there.
for the little ones, a medium, then when there a little bigger upgrade to a bigger one.

Good suggestions, but I let these guys go two years ago. Can't find ants in Minnesota in the wintertime. Had another set this summer. Let them go about a month ago, too.

Ordinary Minnesota toads, I guess. Found 'em two years ago and kept them all summer...

Let them go about a year ago. Can't find ants in Minnesota in the winter. We let them go in September so they could adapt to the wild before hibernation time arrived.
