What a great idea for an awesome songwriter to get another album out to the world. I'm digging around for whatever CT$ I can find and will get it in the mail tomorrow.
So enjoyed hearing you and Jonathan Byrd at the Shop Concert in Calgary spring 2011. Also enjoyed following you and J-Byrd's recent Yukon adventures on U-tube.

@bass0111 You can only buy cat food and bird seed at Canadian Tire. I get what you're saying though, and yes, there are many causes to support of many different varities. Lots of artists are doing fundraisers for their albums these days, it's a great way to engage people in the entire process. Corin's mostly seeking Canadian Tire money, which most people don't spend anyway, so while you can still send your hard-earned cash to people who need to eat, your thirty CT cents can make some music. :)

@bass0111 With all the misery in the world I also thought twice about spending my time, my Canadian Tire Money and the power of my 'friends' list to support Corin, who is clearly anything but disenfanchised. I see it this way: Corin is demonstrating, in the most gorgeous way, that *nobody* is disenfranchised when it comes to creating beauty. We each can create some today in our corner of the world -AND- with 10 cents in Canadian Tire money and a stamp we can be a little part of something bigger.
