I really wish people would stop talking about which is better, corporations or the government. They're both criminal.

lol @ power hungry left wingers. Power hungry for what? Equality? How evil of us.

You're all going to see a very different kind of internet once they abolish net neutrality. Please, go to college. We don't have time for this nonsense.

All bullsh1t. The "evil capitalist" are going to stop you from browsing. Bullcrap. Just another scare tactic from the Left to try to grab more power. Don't listen to this sh1t. Since when has giving the government more power enhanced your freedom? Never. And certainly not now. Don't let these Leftist creeps take over our internet.

just like to add this.
what business in their right mind would provide limited service if it were not profitable? the kind that goes to govt to limit what other services can provide through the law. net neutrality wouldn't matter in a free market because some ISPs would provide this shitty service we are all worried about and some WOULD NOT -- IN ORDER TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. Now I ask you all: WHO WOULD WIN OUT IN THIS SITUATION? SHIT OR TRUE? SMALL QUALITY OR FREEDOM? not all corps are evil

THIS. The comptetition in the free market guarantees satisfied customers. Don't like iPods? Take the Zone. Don't like Sony? Take the Nintendo. Don't like Verizon? Pick another ISP. It's simple. We don't need another law for this. (BUT under the flag of "consumer rights", Net Neutrality is still a good idea.)

Yet another example of how receptive we all are to the notion of the nanny state. IPS's success is determined by PROFIT, not the government. Any ISP that practices this will not survive. This is a matter for the private sector. This admin. does not want to expand, but it is doing so in a stupid attempt to SOLVE EVERYTHING.

I hope they realize the riot that would be happening throughout the whole country if net neutrality were taken away. It would be pretty much all of America VS the Government.

Gov is greedy but many laws protect us and small business. You say you are concerned about small business and in regards to net neutrality, that is EXACTLY who benefits from this law, it says that everyone has equal status on the internet, not whomever can pay the most $. Deregulation of business lead to the current financial crisis we are in, under true capitalism all that matters is money and profit, people like you and me would be completely left out!

"Deregulation of business lead to the current financial crisis we are in"

i call bullshit -- it was regulation that caused it, govt control and non-stop intervention, central banks, easy credit -- govt induced malinvestment
