net neutrality does not mean content providers don't need to pay for reasonable amount of cost for transit... You model is seriously flawed (ignoring all network operators but your own ISP)....

Crazy. Imagine if a ISP was paid by a candidate to block access to all content against them and for other candidates. You'd be being brainwashed. Freedom of information is the most necessary freedom.
