Brock made his first appearance in 1999 along with ASH as a tag team in the WWE. But, when ASH left the company a year later, Brock broke off into his own and tried to distinguish himself. He signed a developmental contract and trained in OVW, but later took a leave of absence.

He re-appeared in 2006 with stark fanfare. When the return of Shinji and Xin stole his spotlight, Brock turned against the crowd and formed his own stable with his crew. In 2008, Brock finally established his presence in the WWE and became a force to be reckoned with when he took out several superstars with his ferocity.
